  • Development and management of Critical Path Method (CPM) construction schedules using Primavera P6 for public works and heavy civil projects. Services include baseline schedule creation, schedule updates and progress tracking, time impact analyses, recovery planning, and preparation of schedule narratives. Chris’s background includes underground utilities, water and wastewater infrastructure, and public site civil improvements delivered within active public works environments. Prior to establishing ACCS, he served in project management and senior project management roles for a heavy civil general contractor, leading multidisciplinary teams across civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical scopes.
