Aguilar Civil Construction Services (ACCS) is a Southern California civil engineering consulting firm specializing in technical support for heavy civil and public works construction. The firm was founded by Christian Aguilar, PE, QSD — a licensed civil engineer with over a decade of hands-on experience delivering municipal infrastructure projects ranging from $8M to $16M in construction value.

Chris built his career from the ground up, progressing from project engineer to Senior Project Manager at a heavy civil general contracting firm before establishing ACCS. His experience spans underground utilities, water and wastewater infrastructure, transportation improvements, and public site civil — all delivered within the demanding environment of public agency contracts.

What makes ACCS different is perspective. Chris has managed construction from the contractor's side of the table — handling subcontractors, negotiating change orders, building schedules, and solving field problems in real time. That experience means he understands how projects actually run, not just how they're supposed to. For contractors, that translates to a partner who speaks your language and can help you execute, document, and defend your work. For owners and agencies, it means someone who understands how the other side thinks — and can help you anticipate problems, ask the right questions, and protect the project when it counts.

When you engage ACCS, you work directly with Chris. No handoffs, no junior staff — just a licensed PE who has stood in the field when things didn't go according to plan and knows what it takes to get projects across the finish line.
